Your payment is held by Handovr — never sent to the seller until after we physically verify the device.

A trained agent visits the seller's location before any money moves. We check 30+ data points.
Legal Tax Invoice
Every transaction generates a tax invoice with IMEI, date, and both party details. Admissible as legal proof.
Open-Box Inspection
Fully inspect the device upon delivery. Accept it only if you are satisfied. All sales are final after acceptance.
No Stranger Contact
Your phone number is never shared. All communication goes through our in-app chat.
Verification Rejection Refund
If our agent finds any mismatch — your order is cancelled and refunded immediately.

How the Trust Score Works
Our public trust score system is currently under development. Soon, every seller will have a score from 0–100 based on ID verification, listing accuracy, response rate, and transaction history.
Common Scam Patterns to Avoid
Never pay outside Handovr. Anyone asking for GPay/PhonePe directly is likely scamming.
Our agents always show official ID and follow a fixed protocol. Contact us if anything feels off.
Listings priced drastically below market value are red flags. If it feels wrong, report it.

The Rules That Protect Everyone
Cancellation Policy
Cancel before pickup with small fee. After pickup, not possible.
No Returns
Check the product on delivery by unboxing it. All sales are final once delivery is accepted.
Dispute Resolution
Raise disputes via WhatsApp. Team reviews within 3-4 hours.
Data Privacy
We never share your phone, address, or ID with other users. Data encrypted.
