How Our Delivery Works
At Handovr, we don't use third-party delivery partners. Our team personally delivers every order to your doorstep. This ensures maximum safety for your device and allows for an on-the-spot inspection.
We Deliver Personally
A member of our team will arrive with your device. No random couriers or third-party logistics involved.
Open Box in Front of Us
You must open the box in our presence. Inspect the device, check condition, turn it on, and verify everything matches the listing.
Accept or Reject on the Spot
If satisfied, accept it. If something is off, reject it right there. Once you accept and we leave, the sale is final.
When Are Returns Accepted?
Returns are only accepted in the following two scenarios:
- Damaged During Shipping: If the product arrives physically damaged due to transit (e.g. cracked screen, dents, broken parts that were not disclosed in the listing), you can reject it on the spot or report it immediately.
- Completely Wrong Item: If you receive a completely different device than what you ordered (e.g. ordered an iPhone 14, received an iPhone 12), this qualifies for an immediate return and full refund.
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:
- "Vibe mismatch" — the device doesn't feel right or match your expectations
- Fitting or size issues — you changed your mind about the model
- Minor cosmetic wear — that was already shown/described in the listing
- Buyer's remorse — simply not wanting the device anymore
- Any subjective reason — after the device has been accepted at delivery
Refund Process
- On-the-Spot Rejection: If you reject the device during delivery, the order is immediately cancelled and a full refund is initiated.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping Damage Reported Later: If damage is discovered within 24 hours that could only have occurred during transit, contact us immediately with photo evidence. Our Trust & Safety team will review on a case-by-case basis.
Pro Tip: Always inspect the device thoroughly during delivery. Check the screen, body, buttons, ports, battery health, and compare with listing photos. Our agent will wait while you verify everything. This is your chance to ensure complete satisfaction.
